Quite simply, we exist to make you and your organisation the best that you can be.

Maybe that sounds simplistic,
but in this increasingly complex, commercial environment, simplicity creates clarity.

We love clarity.

About Us

People and performance are at the centre of every service

we design.

Our sole aim is to make a tangible, measurable difference through each intervention.

D

Diagnose

How healthy is the leadership, team and organisation in the context of performance capability?

Diagnosis at the start, creates a more effective remedy.

A

Apply

Apply the specifically designed remedy to the affected areas through coaching, training or facilitated discussion.
The coach is on-hand to guide behavioural transformation.

R

Repeat

Once is often not enough to generate lasting change. We intentionally structure interventions such that they are easily repeated in person, by managers, virtually or via video.

T

Transform

We are looking for transformation rather than moving furniture. As Stephen Covey advises “Start with the end in mind” … We do and then we measure how successful the transformation is.

Our style is personal, creative, playful and demanding.

We incorporate your values and vision into each intervention and seek to partner with you to empower the leaders in your organisation and stimulate the growth you aim for.

Gemma Thompson

Who does not want to be heard?

Over 20 years as a leadership and voice coach, I have witnessed and been moved by the individual struggle to be heard. To feel the impact we each make in the world and to know that what we have to say and the unique way we say it, can make a difference.

The struggle is usually twofold:

  1. Defining WHAT it is that moves us to speak in the first place and from which source we can build the foundations of our platform in the organisation/world.
  2. Organising the body to communicate the WHAT with authentic ease, conviction and spirit.

The coaching work I love encompasses all aspects of that journey. From working to clarify the foundations for each individual leadership, to ensuring that clients feel in their bones what it means to speak with the power of their full voice and physical presence. As an executive scriptwriter I also enjoy working with clients to craft compelling communications that get to the heart of the matter – whether that be an individual presentation, video message, product launch, live event or any other, as yet unheard of, form!

I have worked with leaders and teams across the world, in a broad spectrum of industries, including: Lego, Maersk, The Boston Consulting Group, Kone, National Australia Bank, Leo Pharma, UK Broadband, General Motors, Toyota and British Aerospace.

Alongside coaching, I continue to works as an actress in UK theatre and television. Most recently in the National Theatre production of FOLLIES and the BBC drama PEAKY BLINDERS.

The sessions are particularly effective for leadership or project teams that could benefit from better working relationships, increased collaboration and a reignited sense of purpose.

The workshops are highly absorbing, entertaining and create instant improvements.  They are easy to organise and involve; an anonymous survey, a half-day workshop and an action-based debrief to keep the momentum going.

David is an acknowledged expert in staff engagement, publishing ‘The Path to Engagement’ in 2016, accompanied by a TEDx Talk on the subject.  He has occupied leadership roles with well-known brands such as HSBC, Standard Life and Aviva, as well as owning a performance improvement consultancy.
