….The meeting went very well and starting with the results of the LAB profiling was exactly the right thing to do.
Beyond some good laughs the Team appreciated the insights and we were able to work in a more structured way, always remembering the results and most of all the summary for us as a Team.
It really changed the behavior of the Team in the discussions…was amazing to see.
